Description: With the development of the industrial automation in various enterprises in China, a great many of and distribution centers have been established in recent years, which implies the great demand for the set of logistics equipment for transportation, assembly, package and pickup etc. At the same time such demands for the equipment in the domestic market increase by a wide margin year by year. The statistic data surveyed by the state bureau of machinery industry reveal that the annual market demands for the goods circulation equipment amount to about RMB 3 to 5 billion. Besides this market still tends to grow in the future. But the domestic manufacturers who are able to supply the complete set of the systematic equipment can only create the annual production value of not exceeding RMB 1 billion. The big gap between demand and capacity has to filled by importing from the international manufacturers. In this company the first place of the technological renovation has enabled the company to produce 30,000 meters of various automatic conveyors and assembly lines of all types with an annual production value of RMB 50 million.

Project Progress: The Demon automatic logistics system is a systematic engineering product that combines optical, mechanic and information technologies into one. The company is capable of applying automation technology to the logistic mechanical equipment and producing various types of logistic machinery.

Plan of Implementation: The project requires a land of 88.362 m2 with the floorage of buildings and workshops 29.360 m.2

Cooperation Form: Joint Venture

Requirements: The Chinese party desires to cooperate with the foreign partner in the form of the joint venture, and it is hoped that the foreign counterpart shall input funds into the JV enterprise.

Incentives: The Chinese party has invested RMB 12 million in the project , of which the building construction of RMB 8.2 million has completed, besides equipment RMB 2 million and RMB 1.8 million for others. The company has a land of 135 mu, adequate for the development in the future.

The company is particularly engaged in R&D, manufacturing and marketing of logistics system automation and storage equipment. The company is the club member of Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering and the Logistics Society of China, and entitled the Provincial High New Technology Enterprise by the provincial government early this year.
