Descriptions: Huzhou and its surrounding regions have been developing rapidly after Shanghai successfully applied for World Expo in 2010. At present the applications of clay bricks have been restricted to a great extent. Therefore, the company has developed the technology, by applying the wasted stone bits as raw materials to produce new wall materials and ground tiles that are environment friendly. These new types of building materials are warmly welcomed by the market. As for the raw materials, Wuxing District now is the biggest stone ores supplier in Huzhou. At present there are 22 enterprises that supply stone ores with an annual capability of 8 million tons. According to the preliminary statistics, the production in the stone ores enterprises will yield 1.2 million tons of wasted stone bits every year, which can be used to produce the new building materials. This area is selected as an ideal place for the production.

Project Progress: The sufficient supply of the raw materials wasted stone bits will be guaranteed in the operation of the prospective new project.

Plan of Implementation: The stone ore facilities now cover a land of 50 mu, with the floorage of the workshops 7,500 m2 and the power supply of 500 KW. It is planned to build a medium sized enterprise with an annual turnover of RMB 65 million after the project is implemented.

Financial Evaluation: The total investment of the project will be RMB 45 million with an annual profit of RMB 27 million. The investment will be paid off within 3 years.

Cooperation Form: Sole proprietorship or Cooperative Operation

Requirements: It is desired that the foreign counterpart can contribute cashes and facilities.
Preferential Conditions from the Chinese Counterpart: The Chinese party will contribute some cashes and facilities as well as other services relevant.
Profile of the Chinese Counterpart: Huzhou Lushanhu New Building Materials Co. , Ltd. is a new enterprise established a few years ago, with a total asset of RMB 3.18 million. The company covers a land of 50 mu with the floorage of workshops 2,300 m2. The main products are cellular bricks and solid bricks etc. Now the company plans to expand its existing production through the various cooperation and investment to improve the scale and quality of its products.
