Description: With the British made antibacterial fibers as raw materials , the company has independently developed a new product that is called ¡° Aimike ¡± -----an antibacterial healthcare product. Due to shortage of the funds, the company now is eager to look for a partner to co-develop the top-grade surface fabrics. The factory of the company is very strong in the technology and is equipped with 96 sets of Japanese Toyota Model 610 looms, 5 sets of warping machines, 66 sets of twisting machines and Swiss high speed warping machines and German yarn machines etc.

Project Progress: The product has been developed successfully.

Plan of Implementation: It is planned that the factory will produce 9 million meters of top grade surface fabrics after its implementation.

Financial Evaluation: The total project investment of the project amounts to USD 5 million, with an annual profit of RMB 12 million. The investment will be paid off within 4 years.

Cooperation Form: Joint Venture

Requirements: It is desired that the foreign counterpart invests in the form of funds if the joint venture enterprise possible is set up so that the ¡°Aimike¡± series products can be produced and sold through the JV enterprise.
Preferential Conditions: The Chinese party boasts its strong marketing capability and technical and management prowess that guarantee the successful implementation of the project.

Profile of the Chinese Counterpart: Huzhou Jiangnan Textiles Co. , Ltd. is a subsidiary enterprise of Zhejiang Jiangnan Industry and Trade Group. Founded in August 1988, the company owns a total asset of more than RMB 100 million. The company was formerly called Huzhou People¡¯s Cloth Factory-a state run factory, which had experienced nearly 50 years in this industry. The ranges of the products produced by the company are the fabrics made of full cotton, manmade cotton, polyester filament etc. that are used in garment manufacturing. After the enterprise reformed its ownership in 1988, the company has put RMB 60 million into the factory and the large scale technical renovation has been taking place inside the enterprise. A number of advanced foreign equipment has been introduced to the factory as a result of great progress in the recent years.
