Description:
The Chinese partner boasts its strong new product development
and its strong marketing capabilities. Taken these advantages,
the company plans to develop brand-new fashions of the garment,
and to expand the international business on its own account,
and extend its industrial chains. The brand ¡°Mizuda¡± will
be enhanced further in this project.
Project
Progress: The company releases this project in order
to promote foreign investment in the company.
Plan
of Implementation: The project after implementation
will produce 3 million pieces of garment annually. The total
project investment for the project needs RMB80 million.
Financial
Evaluation: After the project is finished, the total yield
will reach up to RMB 600 million(72 million USD) with the
tax & profits of RMB 52 million. It is estimated the investment
will be paid off within 5 years.

Requirements:
The Chinese party is looking for prospective investors who
engage themselves in garment production in the other countries
and areas, and who have adequate experience in marketing and
management for the garment industry, It is desired that the
foreign counterpart inputs its cashes and technology and opens
new domestic and international markets for the JV enterprise..
Incentives:
Zhejiang Mizuda Printing and Dying Group registered its ¡°Mizuda¡±
trademark in USA in 2000. The facilities of the company are
capable of weaving and printing and dying and finishing, so
the company has the existing facilities available for garment
production. Moreover, the company is granted by the authorities
with the certificate to do international business on its own
account. The facilities are located in Huzhou Development
Zone, occupying a land of 100 mu where garment production
facilities will be set up. The location of the company is
close to the No.104 state highway, enjoying easy accessibility.
The facilities for water supply, heat supply and sewage treatment
and drainage are in perfect conditions. The Chinese party
will take charge of submitting the project to the relevant
departments for review and approval, establishment of the
JV enterprise and relevant service.
Introduction
to the Chinese Counterpart: Founded in 1998,Zhejiang
Mizuda Printing and Dying Group Co., Ltd. is engaged in the
major business of printing and dying as well as finishing
technique for cotton corduroy and other fabrics. The company
is entitled with the state high new technology enterprise,
one of the top hundred private ownership industrial enterprise
of Zhejiang province, the leading enterprise in Huzhou. The
Mizuda trademark is awarded the famous brand in Zhejiang province.
Also Mizuda is the key factory supported by the state ministry
of foreign trade and economic cooperation. The company owns
a total asset of RMB320 million. In 2002 the company realized
an annual sales income of RMB 430 million and exported USD
28.19 million, with the tax & profits of RMB46.25 million.
The company is proud of being the biggest printing and dying
enterprise and supplier for corduroy. The company products
have been exported to EU,USA, Turkey and more than 50 countries
an areas.
