Description: The critical components in the manufacture of automobile discharge system are welding pipes made of stainless steel and aluminum plated welding pipes of different kinds. At this time there is no domestic manufacturer in China that can make aluminum plated welding pipes. So all of these pipes have to be imported from the international market. As china¡¯s automobile industry is developing rapidly, the domestic manufacturing for automobile discharge systems is pressed with the ready market for these components. The total investment of project is USD10 million.

Financial Evaluation: The project after its implementation can deliver 200,000 sets of automobile discharge systems of all kinds. The annual sales income of RMB 50 million and annual profits of RMB 17 million are estimated. The investment will be paid off within 4.9 years.
Cooperation Form: Joint venture
Requirements: The fund input is desired.
Preferential Conditions from the Chinese Counterpart: The Chinese counterpart will be responsible for the project and approval, technical support, marketing and other related service.

Introduction to the Chinese Counterpart: The company is a privately owned enterprise with total assets of RMB 35 million, with 108 employees, of which 36 are technical specialists. The factory is equipped with the advanced aluminum hot dipping production line and machines for manufacture of automobile parts. Eight sets of arc welding stainless steel production equipment of made in USA are installed in the factory. The products have been wildly used and receive excellent acclaim for their high quality and fine performances. The company has passed ISO9001:2000 quality certification. The TS16949:2002 certification is under way.
