Descriptions:
There are 415 furniture enterprise in Anji County, producing
about 25 million chairs per year, which covers the percentage
of 35% in the same kind of products in our county. The annual
sales income is about RMB 1.8 million, which is more than
10% of the city¡¯ industrial sales income. And the export value
is RMB 420 million, which is 23.3% of sales income of chair
industry. It also creates tax RMB 38.68 million, which is
18% of city¡¯s industrial tax. There are 24 enterprises whose
sales come to 10 million or even more per year, and 8 enterprises
together comes to 50 million. However, it lacks high-level
and professional car seat producers. So it is necessary to
bring in this kind of project.
Project
Progress: Project proposals are available upon request.
Plan
of Implementation: The total investment is USD 4.2
million, in which USD 3 million is used for fixed assets and
USD 1.2 million is used for circulation funds.
Financial
Evaluation: After the project is finished, it is
predicted that sales income is about USD 9.6 million per year
with the annual profit of USD 1.15 million. The investment
is paid off about 4 years.

Form: Joint Venture. Cooperative Venture
Requirements:
It is best for the foreign partner to bring along capital
funds, technology or equipment.
