Huzhou Tianwai Green Package Printing Co., Ltd. manufactures various packages as well as printing materials, which are used in various fields of industry, such as pharmacy, foodstuff, wine, beverage, transportation, petrochemical, textile as well as in the administrative departments. The company has developed good business relationship with the customers in these industries. At the same time the company is striving to develop brand-new technology and techniques of false-proof marks for medicine packages and healthcare product packages. Many exquisite printing matters with anti-counterfeit functions for package applications are produced by applying the technology that combines several different printing techniques. Therefore, the anti-counterfeit printing has become the important target for the company¡¯s future development, as there are big demands for these products in the domestic and international markets in the future. In order to further develop the enterprise, it is quite important to implement the package colored printing project this year.
Project Progress: Project feasibility report finished
Financial Evaluation: The total project investment comes to USD 20 million. It is estimated that an annual turnover of RMB 120 million will be achieved after the project is implemented, with the annual profits of RMB 33 million. The investment can be paid off within 5 years.
Cooperation form: Joint venture
Requirements: The Chinese party is looking for the foreign counterpart who is interested in this project and can invest in the form of funds.
Preferential Conditions from the Chinese Counterpart: The Chinese counterpart will take charge of submitting the project to the relevant authorities for review and approval. The company is also responsible for the technical support and marketing as well as other related services in the prospective JV.
