Descriptions: The water-reducing additives produced by this company are not only suitable for cast-in -place , pre-cast concrete, pre-stressed reinforcement steel concrete, , but also suitable for five kinds of all-purpose common cements such as portland cement, portland slag cement, volcano ash silicate cements etc. Mixed with the concrete, the early-strength additive will enhance the work of water-reducing. In the winter season the application of this product can increase the strength of the concretes, shorten the construction time of the project, and upgrade the construction quality and save the cement amount by 20%, so that the engineering cost can be reduced obviously. The product can also play a role in the pollution control because it reduces the environmental pollution during the construction. Therefore its market prospect is very broad.

Project Progress: The feasibility report finished.

Plan of Implementation: The project is to build a production line of 50,000 tons of early-strength additives annually, The total investment of the project is about RMB 93 million, of which RMB 83 million are fixed assets.

Cooperation Form: Joint Venture. The foreign counterpart is able to input RMB 40 million to the project.

Incentives Counterpart: The Chinese party will contribute its existing factory, workshops and other facilities as well as related service, will be also responsible for submitting the project to the relevant authorities for approval.

Profile of the Chinese Counterpart: Zhejiang Wulong Chemical Co., Ltd. with a total asset of RMB 110 million is a specialized manufacturer of compound water-reducing additives applied in concrete. AS a leading enterprise acknowledged by the Province, the company now owns production capacity of 50,000 tons water-reducing additives with 14 series. The factory is the largest factory in this line with qualified staff.
