Project: Cellular Phone SAWF

Descriptions: The 150 MHz, 900 MHz SAWFs applied in cellular communication have been accredited by the relevant provincial authorities. Furthermore, the SAWFs with high frequency and oscillators have been supplied to the domestic and overseas markets. The products have been accredited by well-known companies such as CASIO, MOTOROLA, VK Corporation as well as Droup Sense International Ltd, receiving orders from these customers. In order to come into mass production, the project is aimed for the foreign capital input. The county of Deqing where the project is located enioys easy accessibility, and railway, highway together with inland water transportation are available. The factory is only 5 kilometers away from Hangzhou-Nanjing expressway and 30 kilometers away from Shanghai-Hangzhou expressway, and only 45 kilometres away from Hangzhou,and less than 200 kilometers away from Shanghai, Nanjing and Suzhou. The No.104 state highway and Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal pass through the county.

Project Progress: The feasibility study is under way.

Plan of Implementation: The project is to build production facilities that is capable of producing annually 100 million pieces of 400 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800MHz SAWFs supplied to mobile telecommunication industry. The total investment of the project is about USD 30 million.

Cooperation Form: Joint Venture, It is desired the foreign counterpart can contribute USD 15 million to the project.

Incentives: The Chinese party will provide for use its existing factory, workshops and other facilities as well as related services.

Profile of the Chinese Counterpart: Deqing Huaying Electronics Co.,Ltd. is a hi-tech enterprise specialized in manufacturing of piezoelectric crystals and SAWFs for mobile telecommunication. The company owns a registered asset of RMB 38.3 million and a total asset of RMB 150 million. Nowadays the company is implementing the state digital mobile communication project SAWFs.
