Project Descriptions: Ever since 1994 Huzhou Anda Automotive Parts Factory has been the supplier of aluminum alloy casting parts, valve guides, engine oil filter frames, hermetic flanges and torsional supports etc, for Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai GM, Wuhan Citroen and Wuxi Kaima as well as other car makers. The company has more than eight years¡¯ history in manufacturing these automotive parts. At present the factory has the capacity of making 3 million pieces of valve guides, 100,000 pieces of filter frames, 250,000 pieces of hermetic flanges and 500,000 pieces of torsional supports and 200 tons of other aluminum alloy casting components each year. The company not only has the certification of ISO9002/VDA6.1/QS9000 quality control system ,but also owns the assets of RMB 18 million. The annual sales incomes of the company amount to RMB 20 million, with an annual profit of over 2 million RMB. The company possesses excellent manufacturing technology and modern facilities, producing parts of perfect quality. The advanced management concept as well as production technology of the company has secured its stable domestic market shares.
Project Progress: The company is open for investment.
Plan of Implementation: Besides the existing range of automotive parts, valve guides, oil filter frames, hermetic flanges and torsional supports as well as other aluminum alloy casting components, the company intends to expand its current production capability and develop more brand-new automotive parts, and increase the domestic market shares of its products and make efforts to open the international market.
Financial Evaluation: The project after its implementation will realize an annual turnover of RMB 70 million with tax & profits RMB 16.5 million(about 2 million US dollars).It is estimated that the investment can be paid off within 4 years.
Cooperation : Joint Venture or Cooperative in any way
Requirements: The Chinese party is looking for the foreign automakers and/or automotive parts producers well-known in the international market that enjoy good reputation and can invest in the proposed JV enterprise in the form of inputting cashes and/or technology, and commit to marketing in the international market.
Preferential Conditions by the Chinese Counterpart: The Chinese party will provide the manufacturing facilities that cover a land area of 80,000 m2 with buildings and workshops of 20,000 m2. The company now employs 50 professionals and other employees. Other production equipment and testing facilities can be invested to the proposed JV enterprise. The project proposer will take charge of governmental procedures, procuring concerned certificates. Other relevant services are available as well.
Description of the Chinese Counterpart: Founded in February 1966, Huzhou Anda Automotive Parts Factory covers a land of 80,000 m2 with the floorage of the buildings 20,000 m2. The company has 80 staff members, of which 5 are granted with senior technical titles and 26 with middle level technical titles. The factory is equipped with a number of advanced machines, such a CNC numerically controlled lathes, centerless grinder, squeezers, leakage testing devices, material analyzing devices, 3 dimensional measuring instruments, direct-reading spectrograph, computerized measuring instrument and machining centers etc.
