¡¡The downtown center of Huzhou will be enlarged to a great extent, from the total area of 25 square kilometer to 38.2 square kilometer. Thus the urbanization will be 42% after the new Ren Huangshan Development is put into use. The construction of the infrastructure system is supposed to absorb 3.5 billion dollars within the period of 5 years, according to the municipal plans. At the same time, the attention will also be paid to the central area reconstruction for the benefits of the residence.

¡¡The whole municipal investment is to be put into different constructions. First of all, the transportation network will be greatly improved especially the highway paving. The city will increase the road to 2800 kilometers, among which the express highway will be expanded from 198 km to 585km within the area of the city. From North to south, we have four highways under construction, ie Hanghzou-Nanjing Highway, Hangzou-Changxin Highway, Yuhang section of Shanghai-Jiaxing Highway and the Grand Way crossing Taihu Lake. With these transportation network put into operation, it will improve environment of industry.

¡¡Energy is both essential and vital to the whole industry. According to the program ,several power plants has been or will be built soon, including two hydroelectric,ie Tian Huangping pumped storage plant, the fourth phase of the Changxing Power Station,etc. Up to now the electricity network of the urban and the suburb has been updated and improved. Consequently both urban residents and villagers are enjoying the same price of the electricity. Several other power projects are under construction. For example, two power substations will be set up in Shanlian and Daixi separately with the power of 500KVA for each and 4X750000KVA for the master capacity. It is estimated that by the end of 2020 there will be 2 stations of 500KVA and 13 ones of 220KVA. Besides these hydroelectric stations, there are two thermal power stations(Nanxun Thermal Power Station and Universal Energy which have been put into practical use and four thermal power station under planning, namely Mizuda Thermal Power Station, Zhili Thermal Power Station, Lianshi Thermal Power Station and Sanxian Thermal Power Station
